WHY OUR ACNE PROGRAM

Our acne program is a 12-14 week process with your commitment to a 2x a day corrective homecare routine along with some lifestyle modifications. Our program is designed to treat all types of acne grades 1- 4 (mild to severe) comedonal acne, inflamed and cystic acne, acne rosacea, adult acne and back acne without the use of prescription drugs.

HOW OUR CLEARING PROGRAM WORKS

Our Acne Treatment Program uses a comprehensive approach to treat acne. We combine the power of professional acne care products and the guidance and expertise of our certified acne specialists along with acne treatments that are customized to what your skin needs at each appointment.  Acne has a 90 day lifecycle, so we guide you through clearing during this time with appointments every two weeks.  85% of clearing is with 2x daily homecare designed for your acne that needs to be adjusted and strengthened during the clearing process. We keep an eye on how your skin responds and make tweaks based on how your skin is clearing. All treatment and product selection are determined on an individual basis. Once your acne is under control, you will need to maintain your daily skincare regimen. To keep your skin healthy, follow up appointments are recommended every 3-6 months.

EXPECTATIONS

Because it takes up to 90 days for acne to form, you will have 90 days of acne that will surface. Your home care will not only correct but keep the new acne from forming that would surface 90 days from now. Treatments will address current acne and also the effects of acne such as scarring. Clients often see significant improvement in 6 weeks and acne fully under control in about 12-14 weeks depending on your type of acne. The most important part of clearing will be your commitment to doing your homecare regimen as instructed and following lifestyle guidelines.  Note: There are some conditions and prescription medicines that  can delay clearing in the normal timeframe. 

HOW TO START

Clearing with us starts with an Acne Program Consultation. Our consultation is a time to better understand your personal circumstances, concerns, questions and whether you’re a good candidate for our clearing program. We will evaluate your skin and acne and map out a plan of how we will clear your skin and what will be involved to get you clear. A consultation is required to start our clearing program. You will complete an intake from us you’ll receive via text prior to your appointment. You’ll want to be prepared with your questions, bring all your current product and be ready to invest in yourself.

SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS

If you decide to start our acne clearing program, you will schedule appointments every 2 weeks during your 12-16 weeks of clearing either virtually or in-person. 

It takes approximately 90 days to clear acne: this is because acne comedones have a 90 day cycle. What formed 90 days ago, will take 90 days to surface. Every 2 weeks, your home care routine will be adjusted to continue clearing. The goal is to prevent comedones from forming and support you through this cycle, controlling inflammation, purging & clearing the surfacing of existing blemishes.
