We are located at 520 Hillside Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 next to Blackberry Market. Parking is available on Hillside Avenue. and in the parking garage at Main Street and Hillside Avenue.
Our store hours for product purchases and pickup are M-TR 9:30am-6pm, Friday 9:30am-4pm and Saturdays 10:00am-2pm. We are closed on Sunday’s.
Basic personal information such as phone number, address, email and credit card number are needed to complete a purchase. This information will not be shared. You will have the option to save this information for a quick check out in the future. Your email will automatically be added to our newsletter to inform you of exclusive deals and offers, new products & promotions. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
Your appointments are important to us and you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.You can do this by calling our office and leaving a voicemail or going online and rescheduling or canceling an appointment via our online booking system. This allows us to fill your appointment time from our waitlist.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment at time of your booking via text and email if signed up for these notifications. We highly recommend utilizing both for appointment reminders. A reminder text message is sent 2 days before your appointment and another reminder is sent the day before your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will be prompted to add a credit card when booking.
- NO SHOWS: Clients that do not call, text, reply to our text messages and do not show up for their appointment are considered a No-Show. These hurt our business. No show facial appointments will be charged $55.00 to the card on file. Brow appointments will be charged $15. After multiple No-show appointments, we will require the full payment of any service up front.
