Appointment Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments are important to us and you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.You can do this by calling our office and leaving a voicemail or going online and rescheduling or canceling an appointment via our online booking system. This allows us to fill your appointment time from our waitlist. 

You will receive a confirmation of your appointment at time of your booking via text and email if signed up for these notifications.  We highly recommend utilizing both for appointment reminders. A reminder text message is sent 2 days before your appointment and another reminder is sent  the day before your appointment.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will be prompted to add a credit card when booking. ​

NO SHOWS: 

Clients that do not call, text, reply to our text messages and do not show up for their appointment are considered a No-Show.  These hurt our business. No show facial appointments will be charged $55.00 to the card on file. Brow appointments will be charged $15.  After multiple No-show appointments, we will require the full payment of any service up front.
